Zimmerman High Summer Lookbook 2011

This time last year I was somewhere between Spain and Italy, getting excited for my Mediterranean-filled European summer. This campaign was shot in Turks & Caicos by New York photographer David Roemer, and features up and coming American model Jessica Marie. The sun, the crystal water, white fluffy sand and a glowing tan in Zimmerman's latest lookbook are enough for me to want to get on the next plane and transport myself right back there now....what I would give (sigh)!! I die for the turquoise caftan and the hot floral prints, but for now, I just have to crank up the heater, close my eyes and dream of the pina colada in one hand and a btl of Hawaiin tropic tanning oil in the other..... luv xx

Halycon Days

Strummer is the brainchild label of Sydney based duo Gina Cole and Edwina Hagon, and has recently introduced its first men's collection, which was collaborated with Sydney-based furniture and product designer Henry Wilson. I'm loving the nostalgic 70's inspired S/S lookbook photographed by Ted O’Donnell and shot on location at Henry Wilson's family boat shed. Pedestrian TV spoke with Edwina about the new collection... "The collection is about time looking back and looking forward....The Strummer wearer is easy going and comfortable in their own skin. They are flexible and like to be able to move in a variety of circles and scenes."

Strummer's Spring/Summer 2011/12 collection, "Halycon Days", will be dropping into stores nationwide in August. check out Strummer for a stockist near you xx

Kate's Big Day

Supermodel, muse and style icon Kate Moss finally tied the knot at her estate in the English countryside marrying longtime boyfriend Jamie Hince whom she met back in 2007. The ceremony was held at a 12th century church near her home in Little Faringdon, near Lechlade, in the Cotswolds. Her bias cut dress is stunning! Kate wore a Galliano vintage-inspired, slim fitting floor-length dress featuring gold leaf details, sequins, and delicate sheer panelling, made by the former Dior designer especially for the day. Her typical effortless look was reflected by her hair and make-up: set in loose waves by hair stylist Sam McKnight, and her minimal/natural looking glow was created by Charlotte Tilbury. Kate's look was completed with bespoke Manolo Blahniks, whilst Jamie chose a double-breasted blue suit designed by Stefano Pilati for YSL.
Moss was supported by 15 bridesmaids including her eight-year-old yr old daughter Lila Grace. Among the 300 guests were fashion designers Stella McCartney and Dame Vivienne Westwood, as well as friends Sadie Frost, Kelly Osbourne and Naomi Campbell who partied at Moss's country mansion following the ceremony, as part of a three-day reception. It was no surprise that Kate chose Mario Testino as photographer to document the event due to their long term friendship and professional relationship. It is so great to finally see positive publicity for her since the drug allogations and on-going media frenzy surrounding her string of past on-again/off-again relationships with the likes of Johnny Depp, Jefferson Hack and Pete Doherty xx
